[Opened] Jelix 1.1 now in German, Spanish, Chinease and Dutch

Hi,
After the French and English, you can now have Jelix 1.1 in German, Spanish and Chinease.
The language pack are available here (in the attachments of each ticket)
To install them, uncompress the archive on the jelix lib directory, then the language file will go into their own directory : de_DE, es_ES and zh_CN

There is also a Dutch language pack available through the link, although it was made for 1.1.6. Seems to work fine on 1.1.7 though.
